Self regulating anti-condensation heater XP series

 

 

 

Heater elementi a a PTC themistore, it’s self regulating: power consumption decreases proportionately when temperature grows up, declared power is referred to 20°C of external temperature. 

PTC thermistore is self-regulating and it can be supplied at any voltage between 110 and 240V.

Anti-condensation Heater EH Series

A PTC thermistor element is inserted between a heat sink inside and a black tube (both in AL) in order to increase the radiating capacity.

The particular geometry of the external tube allows you to create different working powers. New this year are the models equipped with fan that brings the power available up to 500W

PTC thermistore is self-regulating and it can be supplied at any voltage between 110 and 240V.

EH serie is tropicalized as standard, it’s produced following the CEI-EN 60335-1 rules, protection degree is IP20.

Self regulating anti-condesation heater EH-V with forced ventilation

EH-V series is equipped with self regulating PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater systems.

The thickness of our PTC resistors is 2 mm versus 1.4 mm used by most of the competitors Only this thickness allows a full compliance to EN60335-1 standards.

An high efficiency fan helps to force the air flow by increasing performance of the heater.

Exclusive single power connector to supply the fan and the PTC thermistor, with a wide-range power supply from 110 VAC to 230 VAC

Heating Banks Single and Three Phases

The heating part is made by several power resistive elements into a finned stainless tube.

Metallic cage black painted with epoxydic dusts with tongues for floor fixing.

Connection on a ceramic screw terminal closed into a box fixed inside the cage; cable entry through a 3/4 inch metallic cable gland.

Precision degree +/- 3°C.

Model is also available with switch contact to use a single thermostat in order to control ventilation and heating.
